These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the joyjil platform, including the website at joyjil.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and all services, games, promotions, and features offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joyjil ("joyjil", "we", "our", "us").

By registering a joyjil account, logging in to the Platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the joyjil Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with joyjil's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To register and maintain a joyjil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. joyjil will request proof of age documentation at any point and may suspend your account pending verification.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are legally permitted at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of joyjil or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, payment processors, or marketing partners.
• You must not have a joyjil account that has been previously closed, suspended, or terminated by joyjil for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the joyjil Platform or from any PAGCOR-affiliated gaming platform and whose self-exclusion period has not yet expired.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Philippine law and must not be under any legal disability that would prevent such agreements.

To access the full functionality of the joyjil Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine residential address, active email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one joyjil account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different email addresses, mobile numbers, GCash numbers, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. joyjil uses multiple technical, financial, and behavioral signals to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

joyjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC" documents) from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, PRC license, or other government-issued identification. joyjil may also request proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account under your name).

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joyjil login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. joyjil will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted on your joyjil account using your correct credentials — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is your sole responsibility unless you have already notified joyjil of a security incident in writing.

joyjil currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and PesoNet. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet methods are typically credited to your joyjil account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. joyjil is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, network congestion, or bank processing times. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed by joyjil within a target timeframe of 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution's cut-off times. joyjil reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. joyjil also reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any account suspected of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

All transactions on the joyjil Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. joyjil is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

joyjil offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament entry opportunities to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bonus conversion limits, and time limits. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all joyjil promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus credits may only be used for the game types specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full.
• joyjil reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a player who is found to be abusing the promotion system, including through the use of betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per joyjil account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• joyjil reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring obligations already incurred under existing active bonuses.
• All bonuses are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be transferred between joyjil accounts.

Each game available on the joyjil Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only. In all other respects, these Terms shall govern.

All games available on the joyjil Platform that use a random number generator (RNG) have been certified by independent third-party testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by certified dealers under controlled conditions via real-time video stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during gameplay — including but not limited to internet disconnection, server timeout, or power interruption on your end — joyjil's system records shall be the final authority on the outcome and settlement of any interrupted game round. joyjil's liability in such circumstances is limited to returning your wager amount for that round, where technically feasible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joyjil Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one joyjil account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy with other players.
• Using the joyjil Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the joyjil Platform or its underlying software.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal at the time of access.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographic location or identity on the Platform.
• Systematically abusing bonus offers through mechanical low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.

All content on the joyjil Platform — including but not limited to the joyjil brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of joyjil or its licensed content providers and game studios. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joyjil Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or create derivative works of any joyjil content without the prior written consent of joyjil.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joyjil's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your joyjil account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joyjil expressly excludes all liability for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data; (c) technical unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events; (d) the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any game outcome, odds, or information displayed on the Platform; or (e) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude joyjil's liability for death or personal injury resulting from joyjil's gross negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

joyjil is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, solving financial problems, or escaping personal difficulties.

joyjil provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players via account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at 30-minute intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your joyjil account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the joyjil Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

joyjil reserves the right to impose any of these tools on an account at its discretion, without player request, if joyjil identifies indicators of problem gambling behavior. joyjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, and to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any deposits, bonuses, or winnings associated with your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspicious account activity, including patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or systematic bonus abuse.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring joyjil to freeze or close your account.
• Your voluntary self-exclusion request.

In the event of legitimate account termination not caused by a violation of these Terms, joyjil will return any real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonuses) to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing time.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes concerning their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation or, where appropriate, mediation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting joyjil support at [email protected].

joyjil reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, joyjil will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued access to or use of the joyjil Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact joyjil to request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
